Dr. Reed is the president of <a href=\"https:\/\/discoverheritage.ca\/\">Heritage College and Seminary<\/a> in Cambridge, ON. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sermon Outline:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jesus sends us on mission:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>In spite of our fears and failures.<\/li><li>To carry his message of forgiveness<\/li><li>In the fullness of the Holy Spirit<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scripture Passage:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>John 20:19-23 (ESV)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><sup>19&nbsp;<\/sup>On the evening&nbsp;of that day, the first day of the week,&nbsp;the doors being locked where the disciples were&nbsp;for fear of the Jews,&nbsp;Jesus came and stood among them and said to them,&nbsp;\u201cPeace be with you.\u201d&nbsp;<sup>20&nbsp;<\/sup>When he had said this,&nbsp;he showed them his hands and his side. Then&nbsp;the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.&nbsp;<sup>21&nbsp;<\/sup>Jesus said to them again,&nbsp;\u201cPeace be with you. As&nbsp;the Father has sent me,&nbsp;even so I am sending you.\u201d<sup>22&nbsp;<\/sup>And when he had said this, he&nbsp;breathed on them and said to them,&nbsp;\u201cReceive the Holy Spirit.&nbsp;<sup>23&nbsp;<\/sup>If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4
